Kathleen Ross Aoki Senior Planner, Long Range Planning Division, County of Maui Pali to Puamana Parkway Master Plan       Kathleen was raised on the Big Island and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Hawaii at Hilo.   She has been employed with the County of Maui Planning Department for nearly six years. She was previously an Unemployment Insurance Specialist with the State Department of Labor for 9 years. With the Department of Planning, she has been the lead planner and project manager for the Pali to Puamana Parkway Master Plan, the Upcountry Greenways Master Plan and other long range projects for the County.   Kathleen has also been extensively involved with the update of the General Plan and has been the principal planner responsible for infrastructure coordination and assessment with government and public agencies as well as capital improvement and implementation programs.
